「This is a perfect accommodation if you are dropping your son/daughter off at Roger Williams or any of the neighboring schools. It was clean. It’s in a good neighborhood with secure parking and the uber driver had no problem finding it. The host was flexible and polite. The accommodations are true to fit; it is a tiny house and uses space very efficiently and it was perfect for evenings and relaxing. Access to beds was up a ladder and sleeping was very, very comfortable」

「We had a great long weekend at this wonderfully renovated and well appointed cottage! very comfortable furniture including beds. View is amazing and walking to seafood and ice cream was a big plus! Would definitely rent this cottage again. 」

「The property is amazing and the cottage is fabulous! We were out and about so much, we didn’t really spend a lot of time there. I am a super early riser so I enjoyed the peace and roosters early in the morning. And of course Smudge! He made enough biscuits on me to feed an army!! Thank you for your hospitality.」

Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! 」

It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. 「Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!」

「I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud...

「Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating. 」
