「The small apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a toddler. The location made it easy to visit the Springs, USAFA and all the touristy Pikes Peak stuff. Communication was excellent!」

「The home was clean and functioned well for 5 adults and a toddler. Let the owner know if you need a baby gate, though, as there are stairs that lead down to the lower level (lower unit is occupied). It was very close to several sightseeing opportunities/attractions and the neighborhood seemed nice. "客室に入ると独特の臭いがした。換気をすればましになるかと思い、窓を開けようとしたが開かなかった。部屋を変えてもらうことも考えたが、必ずしも臭いのしない部屋に交換されるという保証もなかったのでそのままにした(臭いは、個人差があるので説明が難しい)。昼夜の寒暖差のある時期だったので、エアコンを冷房から暖房に切り替えたら、異様な臭いが発せられたので、エアコンを停止し、窓は開かないので入口のドアを開放した。しかし、エレベーターの真ん前の部屋だったので空気を入れ替えるほど入口のドアを開放することはできなかった。一番残念だったのは、フィットネスルームを利用できなかったこと。部屋の電気は点くのに、マシーンはどれも電源が入らなかった。フロントに確認したら「サーキットブレーカーがダウンしているのだろう。残念だが、今日はメンテナンスは休み」と告げられた。ジムが利用できるということで、このホテルを選択したのに本当に残念だった。"
