"Hotel is run down. Valet staff was terrible. The hallways leading to the room have a bad smell. The fitness center is in very bad condition. Room was generally clean but all looks old and in bad need of a coat of paint and a general refresh. Would not stay here again"

"Wish the 3 ladies at the front desk made an effort to check which rooms are available for guests like me who needed to check in early. They were just chatting and kept telling us “guaranteed check in is at 4 pm”. That would have been greatly appreciated. Instead, the guys in the next shift started to check the rooms and got a few of us in by 3 pm. I came from afar and needed much rest. "
