When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. "The room was not clean someone had used the bathroom prior to my arrival and pissed all over the toilet seat. The do not disturb sign was ignored and 100 euro was taken while i was out. The door to the room would only close after shutting the door hard when i arrived to my room.for the first time the door was open. The room was littered with bugs. "
