Large Modern 2 Bedroom near Ocean, Airport, and Seattle with private garage

Sleeps 6-7 comfortably! New Modern Two bedroom apartment nestled in the lower level of our home. Come relax in your own private unit located in Three Tree Point Burien. Enter through your own private garage entrance. Tucked away in a beautiful,quiet neighborhood is this beautiful apartment. Seattle ~15 min| Airport ~ 5 min| Three Tree Point Beach ~ 1 mile walk

The unit has everything you will need in the kitchen to stay in during your stay. The 1st bedroom is has a Luxury Queen Sleep Number bed and large smart TV. The 2nd BR hosts a Twin daybed that transforms to either a King bed or use the luxury memory foam rollaway bed in the closet to make to separate Twin beds. The living room sofa folds down and creates another large queen bed with blankets and pillows stored inside. with a x-large smart TV. The apartment also comes with a fully stocked kitchen including coffee in the morning and has it's own washer/dryer and private garage. Have little ones traveling with you? No problem we offer a pack n play for them to sleep as well.

The town of Burien offers many restaurants and bars and truly makes you feel like you're part of the community with Seahurst beach only 3 miles away with gorgeous sunsets, play area and bbqs. This is a non-smoking apartment close to downtown Seattle, and the airport is only 5 minutes away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Beautiful Seahurst beach is only 3 miles away with gorgeous sunsets, play area and bbqs. The town of Burien offers many restaurants and bars and truly makes you feel like you're part of the community.

There is a maximum stay of 18 days for this unit as it is a favorite for many and I love to keep it available for as many as possible to come enjoy it. Please feel free to message me if you are interested in staying longer than 18 days and the dates are available.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Check-in/out was a breeze. The basement apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, sleep number bed comfy, and air hockey table was a fun addition. The neighborhood was great… didn’t feel at all like we were near a city! Jennifer’s recommendations of places to eat were spot on. Attended a concert at T-mobile park and the drive there was super easy & only took 15 minutes. We had a great time here!

One of the best

This has been one of the best place we’ve stayed at. Great location. Quiet. Safe. Host is very quick to response. Place is nice and cozy. Plenty of space for us. We loved it. Quick drive to Seattle/Tacoma.

Great basement suite for family weekend

We booked this basement suite for 3 adults and 1 child for a weekend getaway. We stayed during a heatwave in July, but found the basement suite cool and comfortable. Check in / out was seamless, and we enjoyed the air hockey table. There was a family with a bunch of kids staying above us on the main floor, and we could hear them running around early in the morning. Burien is a great little area close to the Ocean. We would like to come back, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable and well run

Check in was a breeze, and the apartment was spacious and well kept. The decor was modern and clean, and the bed was a comfortable sleep number bed. Well suited to family travel.

What a nice play to stay. The owners communicated clearly and quickly with us. Very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when staying in Seattle!

Nice accommodations

This property served us well as we needed a place to crash between the time we arrived in Seattle and left for our cruise. It is close to the airport and the light rail. There are many options for sleeping so we could accommodate 6 people easily in a relatively small space. We also noted that it was exceptionally clean. We had one small problem with an appliance and our concern was addressed quickly and efficiently. Jennifer was wonderful in communicating and making sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this property.

Super cute place

Great property. We stayed in the downstairs unit and couldn’t hear the people above us at all. All of the basics were provided, and everything was nice and clean! Super close to transit and the beach. Would definitely book again

Cozy apartment close to everything!

This was a great little place! The host is so nice and thoughtful! We had several run-ins with spiders and spider webs, but it was an overall good experience.

Great spot for visiting Seattle attractions

My teenage daughters and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Seattle. It's about a 20 minute drive because of traffic, but was only 10 returning in the afternoon. There's plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the owner recommended a few places nearby that were awesome. We didn't get to take advantage of any walks, but the neighborhood is quite and peaceful. I've never stayed in a VRBO where the owner had taken so much time to leave detailed instructions throughout the home, making our stay a lot easier. The whole space looks thought out and had a ton of great updates. Really a fabulous place to stay, and I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fantastic place to stay

The home is in a very quiet location and easy to find. Check-in was simple and the owners were very quick to respond to questions, and pleasant. The place is spotless and very comfortable. It was nice having the garage for our car. We would definitely stay there again.
