My grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Only complaint is that we paid 48.00 to have breakfast. (2 adults, 2 kids).

Didn’t care for the foam mattress. Clock in room was not red and was way too bright. Restaurant was convenient but had few options for someone with dietary restrictions such as non-dairy/vegan. On the other hand; the staff were great and tried to accommodate, the room was clean, and the appliances provided all worked well. All in all I would stay again.

Nice king one bedroom suite -- appreciated the 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies! Stayed 3 nights for family funeral :/ Nice location near miles of strip mall type commerce, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, a Target, etc. Decent walk/run/bike boardwalk style trails from hotel. Mountain trails and parks nearby, too. The Kitchen & Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn was great ! Open until 10pm. Had our group there for an excellent dinner (Front desk didn't pass on the reservation details so we were scrambling for a large table but it worked out OK). Could hear other voices in nearby rooms and the street noise. Workout room was small but efficient. Didn't use pool. Room was pricey but worked great for our purposes.

WhenI made our reservation at an ordinary hotel of an international hotel corporation in a small WA city my expectations were low. Surprise! Surprise! in lil' ol' Issaquah WA! Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful in guiding us to nearby facilities and restaurants. Special recognition for Robert. We ate in the restuarant/bar twice, each time with totally different staff receiving outstanding service. The breakfast offerings were especially good. Obviously the current manager understands customer service and has coached his staff to serve guests in the best possible way.

Staff was warm and polite, As we meet them on the hallway or see them pass the breakfast room they smile at us making us feel welcome. Room is clean and smells clean, free of strong scent as I had requested. Amenities is very good as my daughter likes to be in a pool after a day of activity and our room is just several steps away from it. Breakfast is excellent, staff was very polite and helpful even to the last minute of our request. Location too is very good as it is near to a restaurant Wild Fin and Trader Joe's, and was surprised there s a Uniqlo too. Made an excellent choice where to stay to visit Snoqualmie Falls and Sammamish Lake.
