"Room took a while to warm up, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and it was too cold to open a window. Gemma our hostess was amazing, really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Parking was right outside which was a bonus. The only critique is. that the accommodation would benefit from a small refrigerator."

"Wow! What an amazing place with superb views!Seawards is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in the perfect place to explore the South Cornish coast. Beautifully light and airy with a huge wall of slide back doors in the living area, leading to a massive balcony/terrace. Then two bedrooms upstairs with patio doors to another balcony. Both balconies are glass fronted so the 180 degree sea views are not interrupted. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could ever need and is stunning! On top of that there are two spotless bathrooms. We do like a nice standard of accommodation when we go away and I can say without a doubt that this beats everywhere else we’ve stayed hands down. It’s perfect! On top of all this, Mark is a first class host. He’s very responsive to any questions and full of wonderful local information and advice on the area. We’re already looking at dates to book again later in the year. "

"Just come back from an excellent week at millendreath, stayed in the hill side villas, they were clean, had excellent WiFi and free view tv, thw kitchen had a fridge with small freezer and all plates cutlery, pots pans etc everything you could need. Very clean and great shower and lovely bathroom. The beach was a stone throw away and had a great little bar and cafe if you didn't want to venture to far, the beach was a bit stoney but very clean and clean water. It was about a half hour walk to east and west looe with so many cute cafes and shops. Did some great boat trips which were so reasonably priced and east looe beach is lovely and sandy and very ean water Cant recommend enough. Booked through hoseaons."

"East Trenean Farm is a really lovely place to stay and Corn Barn was stunning. It was perfect for all our needs and so comfortable. Jane & Graham were very welcoming hosts and had thought of absolutely everything! We would highly recommend and very much look forward to revisiting in the future."

"Lovely holiday home with a fantastic view from the balcony/patio area, very close to the beach, and a great base to visit the vast array of places in the area. Good communication and information from Keith prior to arrival.Sadly disappointed by some cleanliness issues encountered, when finding rubbish under the beds and on top of the wardrobe in the twin room, a dirty windowsill in the bathroom, and kitchenware that we had to wash again prior to being able to use it. (I guess it was just missed by the cleaners in a rush on the day of our arrival, hopefully a one off and won't be encountered by future guests) Double glazing does need to be updated as the moisture between the glass can't be wiped clean and ditracts from the stunning view out over the bay."
