"Probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever rented. The beds were very comfortable. The house has been recently renovated and the decor is fresh and not overly beachy. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials and having coffee there for you in the morning was a wonderful bonus. Tips for renting this spot: this home is adorable. The upstairs has very low ceilings. It was perfect for us but A tall person would have a tough time. There is an island wide alarm that goes off whenever there is a call for the volunteer fire department. It is very unsettling when it goes off at night and you aren’t aware of what it is. A heads up on this before it goes off is great since the home is situated right across the street from the police/fire. Which also makes it a very safe location. "

"It is a beach town feel and not updated but the bed was super comfortable, clean had a microwave and mini fridge. Staff are super friendly and the pool is so nice to have if you dont want to go to the beach. Plus free parking fcfs. I love it and would be back."

"It's been a decade since I have been to the Windjammer, but after my stay it feels like I never stopped going. It's been a tradition in my family to go once a year for a week during the summer when I was a kid from 3 years old to 23. Now I am 33, with kids of my own... And I'm so back! It's just like I remembered, the rooms have been updated a little, new countertops in the suites and a bigger fridge, new couch and new beds. All welcome changes. Some minor issues like a very small trace of mold above the shower head. But aside from that the room was clean, and comfortable for what it is! I loved my stay, the staff, the guests, everyone was a joy to be around and food at the windjammer is always a hit for me! I'll be back next year!"
