OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 4th floor, (sleeps 4) with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed with flat screen TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy, Flat screen Smart TV with streaming NetFlix, games, books, DVD’s and a new comfy sofa. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op Laundry on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY.

Deck was our favorite place. It was such a great location. Neighborhood had a few homeless but that's life these days. Only negative was unit could really use new carpet.

The location of this place is its best feature. It’s right on the Promenade and very close to the turnaround and Main Street. Very easy to deal with management.It’s an older building and a little weathered, but inside condo was very nice and spacious, well stocked, and everything worked fine.

A very pleasant experience. We are an elderly couple and not always able to go on long walks. The location of this condo is perfect close to everything and a balcony with an awesome view. Be sure to pay attention to all messages from management. Info contains room number and key code. Highly recommend!!

This is truly the best place that we've ever stayed in the 20 years we've been coming to Seaside. The owners have all the comforts that anyone can ask for. The view is breathtaking, a million dollar view for sure. The living room is wonderful, with a huge beautiful Samsung TV. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want, and the bathrooms, yes 2 of them, are great. The bedroom has a king size bed and a combination TV/DVD player. Just a few blocks from Broadway and all of the action, including rides, miniature golf, arcades, fascination and every kind of restaurant that you could want. You will not go wrong with Beach Club Condominiums. Vrbo was super easy to deal with.

You can’t beat the location. One minute walk to the boardwalk and under 3 min to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and extras like beach chairs and umbrellas. Lovely stay-we will be back! Thank you!

Anniversary trip

The condo is nice. Upon arrival we like others we encountered while there were unsure of location. Unable to get help by phone we had to get help from other people arriving at location. We in turn did the same for unsure visitors in the days that followed. Simple signs stating visitor parking might help.

Great - Pictures don’t do it justice

This place was great, better than the pictures. Incredible views, great location. Only negative is the walls seem very thin and it’s easy to hear your neighbors. We would happily rent it again.

Excellent view, close to promenade, wind was great for flying kites, and very cozy condo for a weekend getaway. Quiet building. I would book it again.

Nice environment, cozy, quiet and mainly clean. The only thing I would mention is that the floors were dirty with food so I had to vacuum because we have a baby that crawls and the vacuum didn't work that great. Other then that we would definitely book this place again.

The perfect Seaside location!

We rented this property for a friends get-away and it was perfect! The two "real" beds were both excellent and the two full bathrooms was fantastic. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed (and more!). There were even beach chairs. It was really close to everything we needed. We'll definitely rent again!
