It was exactly as pictured! Very welcoming and cozy. The view of the beach was spectacular! Close to everything you may need. Spring was a pleasure to speak to when we locked ourselves out, she was very friendly and understanding. The place was very clean and well taken care of! Will definitely rent there again, it truly felt like home away from home!!!

This was a perfect place to stay! It was so comfortable and nicely decorated, perfect location - walking distance to shops, coffee, and fun! It was mostly quiet with expected noise above and next door, but not a reflection of the condo itself. The beds were comfortable with comfy bedding and pillows as well. The balcony was spacious with comfortable seating and a great oceanview. Even with the rainy weather we were able to sit outside and listen to the ocean as we read our books. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

This property is very clean and well kept, it is located just a few blocks from downtown, we have stayed at this location before just not in this particular unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit, quiet and conveniently located. We were there celebrating our 51st anniversary.

We loved everything about our stay here, great location, perfect amount of space. Comfortable beds, the Murphy Bed was very convenient and easy to set up/close every day. Only complaint is the door keypad was touchy at times but that would not deter us from staying here again!

Home away from home

The property was better than the listing. The home had everything and more. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing trip to the beach. I went during the winter so we stayed inside more of the time and enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean and cozy furniture. The unit had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location and excellent amenities

My wife and I wanted one last getaway before school startup. This is perfect for a couple and a few extra guests. Great balcony for ‘people watching’ on the Promenade or just watching the surf. Everything is in walking distance so there are many dining options or heading to the grocery store. Well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prep meals.

Beautiful condo

Extremely clean and beautifully decorated corner unit with fantastic views of the ocean and beach. Thoroughly furnished including incidentals that short term users might need. Checking in was as easy as getting a code and instructions were perfect. I cannot recommend this unit and it's owners highly enough. One of the best rentals ever.

Nice Beachfront Location!

Walk to the beach, shopping, restaraunts, amusements and more. Relax on the oceanfront patio. Condo looks to be newly remodeled and updated. There's even a king size Sleep Number bed! We have one at home and we were suprised to have one at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Cannon Beach and Ecola park are within short driving distance. I highly recommend getting down to Cannon Beach at low tide to see the interesting shorelife and birds. Our grandaughter came with us, and is a budding nature photographer. She had a very special time sighting and photographing some bucket list worthy sealife sightings.

perfect getaway, wish we couldve stayed longer

Everything was great. Such a perfect location only wished we could've stayed longer. Was clean and cozy, with lots of extras including coffee! There was 1 cleaning issue but Spring responded right away when we contacted her. We hoped for an early check in but it was not available. The parking was a challenge. We have a full size truck, my husband is a disabled veteran & there was only 1 handicap spot. So between my teacher early retirement disability and my husbands knees parking across the street was not a good option for us. We made it work but it was a challenge. All in all it was a wonderful stay disappointed that there really arent any good restaurants in Seaside with an ocean view besides Mo's.

Flawless and very high-end!

I've been renting condos at the Seaside Beach Club for over 30 years as this is one of my favorite places to stay in Seaside. Without a doubt, this is hands-down the nicest unit I've ever stayed in. The property itself has been looking pretty worn over the past couple of years but the improvements I saw during this latest visit and the luxury upgrades made to this particular unit by Spring's team are extraordinary. I've always been hesitant to leave reviews for this property as it's a secret gem on the prom but I'm so happy to see these improvements, I feel the raving review is warranted. Is the extra cost worth it? If a flawless network connection, sleep number king mattress, high-end upgrades/furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and free Starbucks coffee is important to you, then I say "yes." We did have an issue with the door lock during our stay but the owner was able to rectify the issue (even on a holiday). Thanks Spring!
