"The staff was exceptionally helpful & friendly. Some of the things were starting to show their age. The luggage carts were hard to handle & the elevator was looking pretty beat up. They could turn the heat up on the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, but super crazy, busy. Water was always hot for showers. It’s always super nice to have a microwave & fridge in the room. Beds were way firmer than I like, but I’m sure some people like that. Beds are extremely low to the ground. I would stay here again."
