Fort Knox Park Inn
8/10 Good
"If you book a river view room, the view of the Narrows Bridge is spectacular. Rooms were old fashioned but clean with very small bathrooms. TV was small with no network channels. Beds a little tired but comfortable for one. There are a couple of restaurants that are walkable along the brick river path. Would stay again, an hour drive to Bar Harbor."
Bucksport Inn

"My husband and I stayed at the Bucksport on our way through to Bar Harbor and it was such a nice stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and it was so quaint. We even had a deer family visit us while we were sitting outside by the fire. Will definitely stay again."

"This was a great place to stay for our one night in Camden. The location was great and easy to walk to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The outdoor fire pit and smores was a nice treat. We enjoyed visiting with other guests around the fire."
Ferncrest Acadia

"This is difficult to write as so much of the experience was remarkable. The facilities (rooms, or dome), are newly built and immaculate. The bed is comfortable. There is no running water except at the bathhouse which was a hike from our cabin, the trails are well lit but crushed rough gravel so not great with a walker. There are no rails on the stairs so I would have to say it is not accessible. Parking is far from the cabins, but wagons are provided. For someone younger (we are both around 80) this would totally be great."
