Hilton is a 4+ star hotel and I found the executive room quite big and realtive very clean. I have some points that the Hilton Management should review. 1) At first I had booked with a king size bed and then I changed to two double beds. I found that the two double beds do not fit in the room, Better to tell customers that the two double beds are not ideal. 2) The door between the leaving room area and the room was not closing (lever latch was not latching). Door was jamming in the frame. Need repair 3) The bathroom door hinges had a very high squeaking noise.ost likely need lubrication 4) The bathroom shower is very old style compared to todays high end Hotel rooms 5) It was great to have two nice size TV's, but using them and finding how to use the remote was very challenging. The number of channels also are very limited.

The hotel itself is beautiful, check in staff were friendly. My only complaint is that the bed wasn't very comfortable, and I had a screaming kid in the room next to me that woke up me at 5am (that isn't the hotels fault).

Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant. Very clean.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Nice location and close to amenities. Suites include full kitchen with dishes etc. Comfortable living and bedroom furnishings. Clean and newly renovated. I only had one thing that I felt should be disclosed. The underground garage has several stairs you need to lug your baggage up. Plus there are two sets you have to navigate. If you have mobility issues, you may not be able to come through this way. It is not wheel chair accessible from the garage to the lobby.
