Hotel stuff are generally kind and helpful. Public transportation is not very convienient, but not so bad, actually. We love interiors both inside and outside of the room.

We stayed as a family for five days. Although the hotel is old, it was clean and had a calm atmosphere. The room was equipped with a microwave and a coffee maker, which was very convenient for us. The staff were also very kind. The location was great as we could walk to Disney Springs. The only downside was that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained poorly. We informed the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done about it. We ended up using a small plastic bottle to fix the clog ourselves. Although the facilities are old and it may be difficult, we hope plumbing issues like this can be addressed promptly.
