Staff is very helpful and provided umbrellas on a rainy day. Food and service was great.
The only thing we didn't like was that when we checked in ( around 11.30pm), porter took our tiny light cabin bag, and said- foolow me. we were so tired and in the lift i thought why is he going with us. Allhe did was to open the door to our room, and waited for a tip. I didn't have small notes, so gave him 200 Turkish lira for 30 seconds help.
