On the ground floor of the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, the living/dining room/kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there is a gallery and a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower/WC.The approximately 120 m2 large apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 6-family house with a sunny balcony and a view. The historic village part is directly below the house. Shopping is possible in the many local stores on the Stradun, which is only 5 minutes away, where the Bogn Engiadina is also located.The ski bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and you can comfortably reach the train station and valley station in about 10 minutes of travel. Using the ski bus is free in winter.Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape.
