"I stayed at the Hilton in Scottsbluff and had such a great experience. The room was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. You can tell they really take care of the property. The staff was amazing—everyone was so kind and helpful, which honestly made the stay even better. It’s always nice when you feel welcomed and taken care of. The location was perfect and made everything easy while I was in town. Overall, it was just an easy, comfortable stay with zero stress. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsbluff!"

THE MAN at the front desk told me he never got my reservation and the he didn't even have any rooms, that i needed to contact hotel.com to get my money back and the he had been telling you guys for months to get his hotel off your website. I have booked through you guys many of times and when i contacted you via virtual chat i got no help and my money never was refunded i have been a customer for a while and will be Google reviewing you EVERYWHERE VERY POORLY LETTING EVERYONE KNOW!
