Home to the local Gumbaynggirr People, this area was recognised as a vital spot for state preservation in a joint management agreement with the Traditional Owners.

Gaagal Lookout is only 5 minute walk to the gateway of this magnificent National Park, along with all the very best recreational activities to enjoy in Scotts Head, including the Surf Club, its famous right-handed surf breaks, and family friendly rock pools and coves.

When you book Gaagal Lookout, you book the whole two-storey house to enjoy. Stay for a week or two and get to know the locals! Plenty to enjoy and explore in this culturally significant coastal town.
