"The view from my room is beautiful, right in front of the waterfall. However, the carpet was wet, the pillows were too high, and one pillowcase had a blood-like stain. There were insects in the room, and I could hear the hair dryer from the next room. They took a long time to find my reservation and charged me $50 to park my car. Apart from that, the location is good."

"Tub seemed clean at first until I turned the jets on, do not recommend. The staff is amazing, so no complaints there, but clearly I paid for a Superior Room, that was superior just in hight once room was outdated… AC needs upgrading, coffee machine in the room was HORRIBLE, impossible to use. I asked for a crib for my baby and they sent one that the paint was peeling off, it was hard to avoid my baby from trying to eat it. Room service was expensive, which is expected, but quality was lacking on temperature… clearly was a great dish once it was ready, but until it got to the room, the meat and fish had lost the Medium and Medium Rare points we asked for. I tried to book a massage a week in advance, but it was already late. I do know they can do better, last time I had none of this problems, stayed in a similar room, but already renewed, cleaner, food was on point, but not this time. Sadly."

"Room was clean and linens on the beds were warm and cozy. The shower was excellent in our room. The pool was a bit cold but the jacuzzi was lovely. The 2 issues we had were the coffee in the room was AWFUL and the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The limited on site parking is very inconvenient."

"Staff checkin was a breeze. The nicest last checked us in! This is definitely 3 star property. Don't expect much. It was the cheapest by far for the night we needed to be close to Fallsview. Beds were clean and surprisingly comfy. In the morning is when we noticed ants in bathroom. Would not stay there again. Didn't check out breakfast."

"They canceled my reservation without telling me, so I only found out when I arrived for check in. 'Good news, better news,' they told me, they booked me at the Hyatt. The Hyatt was not the room I wanted in several details. So, I never actually got to stay here because of their poor communication."
