Welcome to Lot 357
Nestled in the esteemed 5 Star RV Resort, Caravans West, this lot is located on the picturesque shores of Shuswap Lake. Your rental provides full access to all resort amenties, including:

Family pool
Family hot tub
Fitness center with weights and cardio equipment
Basketball court
Pickleball courts
Water park and playground
Adult – only pool and hot tub
Private beach
Satellite bathrooms with laundry facilities and showers
The resort features two clubhouses – one for families and one exclusively for adults. The adult clubhouse also includes two rental suites for additional sleeping accommodations.

This lot boasts a premier turnkey rental property for Spring, Summer, and Fall. It features a top-of-the-line 2023 41-foot Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel, which includes:

A spacious kitchen area with half bathroom
A front living room equipped with a fold-out couch that sleeps two
A computer station, pop-up TV, sound system, and fireplace
A master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second TV, and ample closet space
A large main bathroom with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a washer/dryer
Additionally, there is a bunkhouse that accommodates three guests with brand-new bunk bed, air conditioning, a TV, and storage for hanging clothes.

Outdoors, enjoy luxury with a relaxing patio area featuring a full patio setup, a fire table suitable for dining or games, and a large umbrella for shade or rain protection.

Enhancing your outdoor experience is a fully equipped kitchen/bar area, complete with:

BBQ grill
Pizza oven
Flat grill
60″ TV
Countertop fire pit
Beer fridge
Smoker
A 4 – person hot tub where you can unwind with a drink or watch TV. If the weather turns chilly simply turn on the overhead heater while you relax at the bar
For added convenience, there is a full-size fridge in the storage shed next to the bar, providing ample fridge and freezer space.

To effortlessly explore the RV resort and the beach, you are welcome to utilize our custom golf cart.

The lot is fully fenced for your furry friends to enjoy an off leash environment.

**Rates:**

**April, May, October:**$1,500 per week

**June, July, August, September:**$2200 per week

**Single Day Rentals:**$500 per night (subject to availability)

We really enjoyed the property! The outdoor space, grill/bbq, hot tub were wonderful! We had two families staying there - 4 adults and 4 kids and that was a bit too crowded (can accommodate 7). Really enjoyed our time including access to the resort amenities (pool, pickleball courts, clubhouse). Would definitely book again, with smaller group.
