Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already.
The only things are:
99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from...

La posizione è fantastica dal momento che si affaccia direttamente sulla Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. Purtroppo il parcheggio interno dell'hotel è piccolo, ma con un pizzico di fortuna si riesce a trovare posto nelle vicinanze. 」

Excellent bathroom with clean towels and adorable packets of toothbrush and other toiletries. Many restaurants in close walking distance. AMAZING VIEW from outdoor terrace and bedroom windows of St Francis Bascillica and countryside. Assisi churches and attractions are all walking distances. 5 stars for everything. 」
