「Overall nice visit but the check in process was a real mess. The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. 「Insgesamt alles gut. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen. Mietbare Parkplätze sehr eng. Für große Autos eher ungeeignet. Im Bad leider kaum bis keine Ablageflächen. Kleiderschrank sehr beengt. Für unser verlängertes Wochenende jedoch sehr passend. Lage ist sehr gut. 」

「I stayed there for four days. New and clean facilities. Kind staff. Some of them could not understand English well, but there are fluent English speakers and helpful. Location was good. Close to the center of the city and was convenient for shopping and eating out at nice restaurants. I could enjoy beautiful city view from my room. My room was a double bed room, and enough space for a small Japanese woman, but maybe a little small for a man. Good foods at breakfast, but as other reviewers...

「Dejligt velfungerende hotel」

「I was in Kiel for a conference and most hotels downtown were fully booked. Yet, this hotel exceeded my expectations as it was only a 15-minute bus ride to the University or a 20-minute bus ride downtown. Bus stop was right next to the hotel. Even an early morning taxi ride from downtown back to the hotel cost less than 10 euro. 」

「駅から徒歩2分くらいで便利でした。通常ならホテルの部屋にある時計、セイフティボックス、冷蔵庫はありませんが、清潔で必要十分です。 ただ、致命的なのは部屋にUSBポートがないことです。フロントに尋ねたら「ありません」とのことでしたが、アダプターを無料で貸してくれたのでスマホの充電はできました。」
