Room was clean and it was close to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking and sauna were way too expensive.

The staff at Motto were so helpful and super kind, the hotel is beautiful, clean, well maintained very well located, a bakery and coffee shop is in the hotel, very convenient, it’s in my top ten hotels in Europe, I will recommend it to everyone and come back for sure!

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

Hotel was in a good location for Schonbrunn palace and gardens (right across the road and glorious views across vienna) and although not in the city centre it was conveniently next to the metro system which was efficient and easy to navigate. The reception were helpful as we arrived early but we were able to park the car and leave our cases until check in time to explore, and they gave us helpful advice on where to grab some lunch (gloriette in the palace gardens) and where to find the metro. The hotel looked slightly dated but it was clean and the family room we had for 4 people was large and enough space for 4 adults. It was a good base to exploring and the staff were all lovely. I had not realised the parking was an additional 25 euros a night though so just remember to factor that in if you are on a roadtrip
