Situated on a hill and between grain fields and meadows, this farm building is in an isolated location on a plot of land of approx. 4,500 m². The idyllic location is only 2-3 minutes drive from Schönwalde am Bungsberg and about 20 minutes from the Baltic Sea beaches.
The former farm belongs to the municipality of Schönwalde am Bungsberg with 2500 inhabitants and is located in the heart of the Holstein Switzerland. It is characterized by its rural location and by its proximity to the Baltic Sea (about 15 km). Many stores for daily needs are available directly in Schönwalde. The location allows shopping by bike, alternatively you can reach the town center in only 3-5 minutes by car. Baker, butcher, supermarket, doctors and also two banks are available here. The district capital Eutin is about 16 kilometers away and offers all further stores and a popular weekly market with regional products, the same applies to Neustadt i.H. (about 15 kilometers), which is located on the Baltic Sea, both are easy to reach.
The apartment is freshly renovated (Oct. 2023) offers cozy living comfort with plenty of space. Through a separate entrance you enter the large hallway lined with terrazzo from which the 2 spacious bedrooms , 1 children's room and the full bathroom with shower tub and the rustic with solid wood furniture equipped and well-equipped kitchen depart. 2 of the bedrooms as well as the clock cozy living room equipped with its own fireplace offer direct views of the surrounding fields. The design of the interiors give the apartment a rustic coziness. In addition to washing machine, an extra sofa bed, radio, books and LED TV, the apartment has a fiber optic connection, so fast internet is provided.
The apartment has its own large garden with a chestnut tree over 100 years old, a fenced pond, fruit trees, large trampoline, fireplace, barbecue area and 2 terraces, so you can have breakfast in the beautiful morning sun and in the evening enjoy the sun downer with a beer or glass of wine at the barbecue, unless you prefer to spend time on the old bench under the trees.
So if you want a lot of space, immediate nature and tranquility is exactly right with us. Children are welcome!
