Felling welcome IS important!

"The staff is super friendly, check in is easy and quick and all areas of the hotel are cosy, comfy and clean. We had a great stay. There is a indoor playground near by. There is a supermarket complex right down the street, which is awesome since you have a fully functional kitchen in your room. Great times!"

"Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting. "

"It is right on the Elbe River with easy cheap service to the Hamburg harbor and downtown area. The cruise and container ships pass your window and if you like to stay in your room you have a beautiful view of their comings and goings. The Rilano Hotel is my favorite of all Hamburg Hotels. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff very friendly. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!"
