"The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. "

"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. "I am so glad i stayed there. We had the Honeymoon suite. Extremely clean. The staf were so warm and accommodating, i really did not expect it as i had seen and heard horror stories about Frankfurt. My experience was the complete opposite. The use of the airport transfwr was fanastic back n forth to the airport even if we were just going their for ranom things or to get the coach into the city centre. I would highly recommend thia hotel and the food was great (from a black brit)."

"Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again."

"Just back from a visit to Idar-Oberstein. Parking was easy, I arrived after 10pm so reception was closed but a staff member was able to quickly get me checked in. Room was perfect for my stay. Hotel is close to the Felsenkirche and castles. The Norma shop is 2 minutes walk away and there are several places to eat in the square."
