"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. "A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...

"5 min away from the old town; clean and a relatively spacious room, great view from the roof top bar. The shower might be difficult to get in or get out of. Small elevators, but I think that is typical in Swiss hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. "

"Great property, but the staff is what made me submit a review. Antonia at the front desk made our two days in Zürich better than we could’ve imagined. She suggested restaurants and things to do and treated us with respect and care. I could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time, and that is incredibly valuable these days."

"The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—right next to the train station and a Coop grocery store, which made getting around and picking up essentials very easy. The staff, including housekeeping, were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it offered a good variety and was a great start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay in Lucerne. "
