Dejligt hotel. Som hotelgæst er der gratis adgang til Ostsee Therme. Man kan gå direkte hertil fra værelset i morgenkåbe uden at skulle gå udenfor. Kæmpe svømmeland med vandrustjebaner til børn og stor saunaområde til de voksne.

Sehr nettes Personal, stets um Lösungen bemüht, nah an der Therme und nah am Strand. Leider nicht zum Arbeiten geeignet, da der Stahlbeton kein Empfang zulässt und das W-lan ebenfalls ständig abbricht. Der Kidsclub ist super!

Als Hotelgast 1h morgens alleine in der Therme. Alle Saunaaufgüsse außergewöhnlich toll. Sehr leckere Cocktails in der Bar (teuer). Preise im Restaurant zu hoch.

War ein absolut tolles Reiseerlebnis, besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal vom check in bis zum check out ,es blieben keine Fragen ungelöst. Die Therme und Wasserwelt sind toll aufgebaut,so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas bei ist. Die Aussicht ist wirklich grandios. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar. Egal ob für ein Wellnesswochenende mit Freundinnen oder auch für die gesamte Familie ganz klasse. Das Frühstücksbufett ist umwerfend und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen,defintiv wird jeder satt. Das Zimmer super sauber ,vom Mobilar nicht jedermanns Geschmack, aber meist geht man ja nur zum Schlafen aufs Zimmer. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und sind dankbar für diese tolle Erfahrung und kommen gern wieder.

5 stjernet service, spa og restaurant. Desværre er børn velkommen, også i hotelbaren kl.21 om aftenen. Der ville vi ønske personalet havde nægtet dem adgang, da man allerede havde hørt på børnelarm hele dagen.

Wir haben das Hotel für den direkten Zugang zum Spa gebucht. Das hat hervorragend funktioniert und ist durch keine vergleichbare Unterkunft zu überbieten. Das Hotel ist geräumig und einladend, auch Speisesaal und Zimmer, leider wirkt es ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer (vor Allem Böden) und des Speisesaals (Stühle und Tische) könnten modernisiert werden. Die Qualität des Essens war gut, aber den hohen Preisen nicht angemessen. Wir sind zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, gleichzeitig habe ich das Gefühl, dass man bei fünf Sternen bei den genannten Punkten etwas mehr erwarten darf. Bonuspunkt: SEHR freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Ein tolles Hotel für Familienurlaub! Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr angenehm, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass es ein Spa und Saunen gibt, was uns ermöglicht hat, uns vollkommen zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Wir haben wirklich eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und kommen sicher wieder!

Wir hatten einen Loft der Ansicht sehr schön war allerdings würde ich es niemanden empfehlen weil sie wegen den Auto lärm die Fenster nicht öffnen können. Für die Therme haben wir insgesamt 40€ nur für Wasser gezahlt weil dies nicht zu verfügung steht.

Dejligt hotel med adgang til Ostsee Therme

Dejligt hotel. En lille men fin detalje er at der er gratis adgang til Ostsse Therme - også hele aftejsedagen. Så selvom man checker ud fra værelset kl. 11 kan man bruge vandland og sauna helt frem til lukketid sent om aftenen. Rigtig fint tiltag.

Dejligt hotel med store fine værelser. Hotellet tilbyder gratis adgang til Ostsee Therme der ligger lige ved siden af hotellet. Det er et kæmpe vandland med både indendørs og udendørs pools og restaurant. Der er også et stort Saunaområde for voksne (textilfrit dvs. uden badetøj) med mange saunaer, spabade og opvarmet pool på taget. Masser af liggestole både inden- og udendørs hvor man kan slappe af og læse en bog. En god oplevelse.

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist richtig abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Auf dem Hotelzimmergang stand immer ein bis mehrere Putzwagen an die man vorbei musste. Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbüffet war üppig allerdings war die Qualität nicht so gut (zB. angetrocknetes Rührei).

Komplett-Ausfall der gebuchten Massage- und Wellness-Termine - Grund Personalmangel. Kann passieren. Dass man uns diesen Umstand (einer der Hauptgründe für die Buchung) allerdings erst mitteilt, als bereits eingecheckt bezahlt worden war, fanden wir eher wenig serviceorientiert und befremdlich.
