This 3-room apartment, spread over two levels with two balconies, can accommodate up to 5 people. The lower level features a combined living and dining area with a seating area, smart TV, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and a modern kitchenette, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses). There is also a large bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.

A second bedroom with a large double bed (two mattresses) is located on the upper level. This level also includes another balcony and a guest toilet with a sink and window.

The living room contains a sofa bed.

A coin-operated washing machine is available in the neighboring building. Carport number 25 is provided. A seasonal beach chair is included in the rental price during the summer season (Meininghaus rental). This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
