「The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Although the building itself looks older, the room was clean, looks like it was renovated. Everything worked. The breakfast area was very clean, the staff was very friendly and always on stand by. I liked that it's a small establishment so it feels that everything is taken care of. Will recommend to others and try book there again, when visiting Kelowna.」
「It was a great stay, the room was clean, huge and renovated. We had the king suite with balcony, it was exactly what's shown on their website. I love the kitchen with big fridge complete with all other appliances, including the dishwasher. We didn't bother to check the amenities since it's not in our interests.Checked in was a breeze, wonderful staff. Central area to restaurants and the some shopping.
The only thing was parking was hard to find when you come back in the evening. 」

Rooms were clean but the beds were a bit small (I didn't measure it but almost sure they are double, not queen).

The breakfast was very disappointing (a voucher at the restaurant next door with only 2 options (french toast or pancakes). If you don't want it, you can get $10 off the restaurant menu with the voucher. We tried that but the restaurant they're partnering with is very disappointing...
