The Space:
The 1-bed separate double ensuite bedroom (bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin) is accessed from the entrance hall.
The 3-bed apartment is also accessed from the entrance hall via a separate door, opening into a corridor, with 3 double bedrooms, 1 family bathroom (large bath with shower over, wash basin), a separate WC (with wash basin) and a fully fitted lounge/dining/kitchen.
An outdoor balcony area with seating is accessible from the kitchen area.
The kitchen facilities include a kettle, toaster, oven, an electric hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
There is a 4k TV in the apartment.
Please note there are no washing machine facilities on site.
A double sofa bed is also available in the apartment.
Baby-cot and highchair available upon request.
Private parking is available outside the property.
Guest Access:
Access is through the main front door to the property where there is a secure key box for guests’ usage. There are then stairs up to the first floor and both the apartment and the en-suite are to your right and left respectively.
The Neighborhood:
Scalby village nearby has two excellent pubs, the Plough is also a first class eating establishment, you may need to book.
Getting Around:
Scalby village has two excellent pubs (including The Plough, a first-class eating establishment, booking essential) cafes, and shops. A local library, post office, supermarket, and petrol station can be found in nearby Newby.
Scalby is close to Scarborough and local beaches, walks, attractions, entertainment venues and more.
Other Things to Note:
The professional recording studio on the ground floor is often in use yet has all the sound protection you would expect.
It is worth noting that there may be a little bleed through of sound when recording is being carried out.
Typically, recording work takes place during the day rather than late into the night.
Evening recording sessions, tend to finish at around 10pm.
