A superbly finished apartment in the heart of Scarborough. You can walk to both the North and South Bay beaches within minutes.. All on the Lower Ground Floor:

Boasting your own private parking space on your doorstep so that you can explore your surroundings on foot. You are ideally positioned to enjoy the many delights in this glorious coastal town.

Mixing modern fittings with classical features, the property has been furnished to a high standard; expect quality appliances such as super-fast Wi-Fi, and a large Smart TV. What better way to enjoy the best of Yorkshire. Located on the lower ground floor in a Georgian townhouse, accessed via stone steps, with seating on the front patio. Inside there is an open plan living area, with the kitchen, dining area and living room, all lovingly furnished to create a real home from home. The bedroom has a kingsize bed with built-in wardrobes for all of your belongings. The apartment is complete with a modern wet room with a rainforest shower, perfect for refreshing after a day on the beach.

Perfectly placed on the quiet Scarborough peninsula, walk to either beach in minutes, the historic castle, theatres, and restaurants. For days out you have you Alpamare water park and spa – with outdoor heated pools and a glass fronted sauna with elevated sea views, the Sealife Centre with a seal sanctuary, the Surf School and Peasholm Park Oriental gardens and boating lake. For guests who love the great outdoors a short drive takes you to Wykham Lakes for sailing, wakeboarding, and an inflatable assault course, whilst Dalby Forest offers walks, mountain biking, and zip lining through the treetops.

The property is equal distance to both North and South Bay beaches, approximately a 5-10 minute walk, and is a 10-15 minute walk of the popular outdoor theatre, historic sites such as Scarborough Castle and Anne Bronte’s grave is less than 100 meters from the property. This really is the best-located apartment in town. Beach 700 yards. Pub and restaurant 350 yards.

Weekend of Madness

A bit grotty from the outside. Smell of damp when entering the property. Poorly finished interior with wallpaper coming away from the wall in several places. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We came home a day early as we didn’t want to spend another night there.
