"I have travelled extensively and this hotel rates very high. The location is excellent, in the medina but away from the busy main street. The riad is beautiful, the attention to detail is magnificent. The communal areas are extensive and beautifully decorated. The roof top is exquisite with a gorgeous pool, perfect for when you want to get away from the busy medina. The staff are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much and they always welcome you with a smile. This is a gem of a hotel, a real oasis, i cannot recommend it enough."

"Second time here this year. It is fabulous for families. Ismail in the Excursions Team is world class and simply the best coordinator of fun, adventures and excitement in and around Marrakech. One issue they have is that there are too many flies and wasps. Take a leaf out of other hotels and fumigate at night otherwise meals are a battle."

"Amazing service, nothing was too much to ask. The pool and spa were amazing. Loved the privacy of the cabanas but still regular drinks and food service. The breakfast was so delicious and loved the effort the staff made everyday. Our daughter loved the pony ride and the play area. It was great that it was so well catered to kids without being “kiddy” at all, you felt like you were still getting a luxurious adult hotel feel."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A beautiful, peaceful oasis in Marrakech We had an amazing stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech! 朗 The place was absolutely stunning, with such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere – a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the medina. We also enjoyed a hammam and massage during our stay, which were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Everything about the riad made our stay feel special, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious and authentic Marrakech experience. We would happily return! ❤️"

"I have never been happier to review a hotel! We absolutely LOVED our time here. Not only is the Riad Kaiss absolutely charming, but the 5-star attention to detail and us as guests could not be better. With only 9 rooms on site, the staff get to know you as you come and go. Our junior suite, #6, was absolutely charming and looked over the garden. The breakfasts were beautiful and plentiful with freshly squeezed juice, homemade breads, yogurts and jams, and veggie egg scrambles and omelettes at our request. The Riad somehow manages to offer peacefulness and calm within the walls while being in the midst of the energetic Medina markets, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a hammam and massage, and can enthusiastically recommend both, then carried the relaxation into the evening by enjoying dinner in the garden. The food was beautiful and delicious and our waiter instinctively knew how to pace our meal. The final thoughtful touch was a bag with fruit and sandwiches as we checked out, because they know "food is not often served on flights." Thank you to each and every one at the Riad Kaiss for our memorable and beautiful stay!"
