Rooms were clean , neat and big. Ours was pool facing so good view. I know not many of these have pool facing. Hotel staff was cordial. Food was great . Best part was pools were beautiful and well maintained. Aqua park for kids was the highlight of the trip. Hotel is strict about their policies - a bit easy being on this part will make them a truly great hotel as service comes first. However Hotel servicing staff - Restaurant, Bar, poolside they were cordial. All in all Great hotel for families with young kids. Old and traditional Morrocan look.

The entire experience was amazing from check in to check out, we could not have been looked after any better. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was clean and maintained brilliantly. Everyday there was new foods to try and we did not have a single meal we did not enjoy. Would highly recommend and are already looking at dates to go back next year.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish.

The Hotel staff on the front desk were rude and behaving very suspiciously regarding a booking which was allegedly erroneous on the Expedia bookings page. When I asked for the prints outs I was told I can’t get these as it mentions profits/commission details between them and Expedia. The food and drinks at the all inclusive Restaurant was average at best. General cleanliness was good and the waiters were polite despite take sometime in getting back with the item asked by the customer. The bar drinks had lots of wasps diving in and I witnessed the staff member take it out with his finger and handed the drink over, thankfully it was not for me! I would not recommend it to anyone! Total waste of money and time! I am surprised Delta Marriott has attached their name to this hotel.

The staff and food were the two things that really impressed us during our stay. We felt well pampered and looked after. The staff were also fantastic with our child. Having a heated pool and access to the water park was a great treat. The pool might be the cleanest outdoor pool I've ever used. The shuttle into old town was also a nice feature. A fantastic place to rest and relax!

The main buffet was incredible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private Asian restaurant was a large disappointment. Not one item we ordered was good. Drinks were not included. Highly recommend sticking with the buffet. There were only somewhat two heated pools. This resort is meant for hot weather and warm water slide water. There is not much else to do, but the grounds are beautiful and the service is wonderful.
