The service and staff at RK are amazing. Ive travelled to many countries, but the level of care I experienced here was exceptional. From guiding us many times a day through the medina, to the amazing breakfast service, the complimentary ironing and laundry service, and so much more. Great job to The entire team at RK, if I come back to marrakech I will definitely be a repeat client.

My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary! We had the most amazing experience here. This is truly a five star hotel. Their service was amazing. The space was clean. They cleaned our room twice a day. The rooftop restaurant was very nice as well. The staff made sure that we were safe everywhere we went. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Everything was tremendous. From the breakfast staff, to the porters to the concierge and front desk team they all do everything to make your stay in Marrakech special. It’s a truly luxury experience in a beautiful setting with incredible staff. I can’t wait to go back.

Best riad in Marrakech. 20 rooms; 4 Riad’s joined together (so to be 5) with plush spaces for lounging, multiple bars, expansive rooftop for lap pool, dining, lounging. Truly 5 start service.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff and service is amazing. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and make you happy. The hotel is located in the old Medina so area around the hotel is residential neighborhood that’s run down but it is part of the charm of staying in this section of town.

I traveled to Marrakesh as a solo female traveler and after a rough travel experience and missing lounge. The front desk went above and beyond. They called airports on my behalf and ensured my luggage would be at the Marrakesh airport ASAP. They arranged staff to walk me and pick me up from meet up points to ensure I never felt unsafe. They had my laundry washed daily because I arrived with two outfits. The riad is gorgeous but the service was incredible. I’ve heard the hospitality in Morocco is amazing, but I was blown away. I highly recommend this riad.

This is a gorgeous property that has an incredible staff. The facilities were excellent, clean, modern and well maintained. All of the staff from the front office to the main bar to the restaurant left us with wonderful memories. If there was any negative, we felt that, although this boutique Hotel was inside the Medina, we still had to do a fair amount of walking to get to transportation. That being said, we were given escorts every time we had to go somewhere-no matter the time of day or night. If we come back to Marrakech, we would absolutely stay here again

Incredible Hospitality

Key word here is hospitality. Upon arriving you are met with your host who discusses, recommends, and ultimately facilitates everything you could think of. They have thought of everything to include giving you a local phone with Google Maps and WhatsApp and a good signal to help navigate the tricky Medina Area. Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality. It set the highest bar of any hotel I have stayed at before to include the Marriott Luxury lines.

Riad Kheirredine felt like a beautiful oasis when we arrived there fresh from the desert. Friendly staff members met us wherever our tour bus decided to drop us off, and carried our luggage through the city to the Riad. From that moment on we were taken care of completely. The staff was lovely and helpful, anticipating every need. Our room was beautiful, far exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is great, and they have a coveted liquor license which pairs especially well with the multiple rooftop lounges. I loved everything about this hotel, and can't wait to visit again. Upscale, modern Moroccan oasis!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this oasis in the middle of Marrakech! The service was absolutely impeccable and made our stay feel safe and catered to no matter where we were on the property or even in the city. The overall aesthetic of this Riad was upscale, modern Moroccan! Absolutely loved it, and would love to have the designer completely redo my home! The various pools located around the property provided space for rest and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the streets just a step outside. The breakfast they served was an experience in and of itself. The only downside in my experience was that my room was technically the fourth floor because it was a multilevel room, and there are no lifts, and although the staff took care of the luggage, it was a bit of a climb just to get to the bedroom, especially after a long day of walking around the city!

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine was truly one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the staff was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Karim, who went above and beyond in ensuring that every request, need, and wish was fulfilled with impeccable care. He truly deserves a promotion! I wish every hotel had a staff like him! Whether it was providing fantastic suggestions, arranging seamless pick-ups and drop-offs, organizing tuk tuk rides, and even providing cellphone for peace of mind in case we got lost—the staff was always there to help. While the area around the riad may seem a bit overwhelming at first, stepping into Riad Kheirredine is like entering a peaceful oasis. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Marrakesh's old city. It's an experience that will stay with you long after you leave!
