"The lady at the desk was the only good thing of my stay. The night was long and boring! O tv cause the sound didn’t work! Won’t be going back!"

"There was no iron or hair dryer. The door was broken so badly that I had to be given another room. I had to ask the management to come set-up the tv and then the remote didn't work. The toilet seat was broken and there were gnats flying about in the bathroom. There was no ice bin or plastic cups. The shelf next to the sink had been ripped out of the wall."

"Our host was very kind and helpful in answering our questions - the primary confusion was using the keyless entry box as I did not know specifically how to activate the touchscreen. Other than that, we had minor concerns, which have been reported to the Host via the VRBO app. Our Host quickly sent the housekeeper to replace the batteries for the lockbox and further explain the entry process. We did not use the hot tub, but everything was clean and well stocked with all of the necessities for a comfortable “feel-right-at-home” stay! "

"The room I got was in terrible condition. The shower was dirty and the entire room had a VERY strong odor of cigarette smoke. The TV wasn't working because the cable was torn out of the wall. The bureau had holes drilled into it. The mattress was also very hard. The overall condition of the property was bad, parking was also inconvenient. For the price they were charging, I ABSOLUTELY would not have booked the stay. The one redeeming quality was that they refunded most of the payment, I booked for a week and did not stay one night."
