Nice and quiet tucked away from the main high street. Receptionist was polite. The room was basic but clean and had all the essentials. They had a luggage room we made use of to explore the local area unencumbered especially the beautiful Brompton Cemetery which was only around the corner. Great location within walking distance of Earls Court, Fulham and Kensington. Only issue was the lack of plug sockets in the room- very few and none especially close to the bedside.

Spotless and fresh it is a shame that we could not use the balcony for safety reasons

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom was spotless, great MB toiletries. Helpful staff.

The property we stayed in was beautiful, equipped with everything you needed. The only downside was the hot water for the showers ran hot for 1/2minutes then went freezing cold. We did report this and somebody was meant to come out to resolve this but unfortunately the 2 nights we was their the problem didnt get resolved the comunication wasnt brilliant. The matter was never resloved.

Pretty disappointing triple room. We were put in the lowest level below the street next to the breakfast room. We were awakened every morning before 7 am with the noise from the breakfast room preparations. The Internet was ok. The bathroom was one of the tiniest bathrooms I have ever been in. The beds were small and only average quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
