"Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. However, there were a couple of downsides that impacted my stay. Although the property is supposed to be non-smoking, the hallway leading to my room had a noticeable cigarette smell. I’m particularly sensitive to smoke, so this was uncomfortable, even though I chose not to report it since I was only staying one night. Additionally, there was very loud talking in the hallway right outside my door late at night. I couldn’t tell whether it was staff or other guests, but the noise carried easily into the room. It may be due to the guest lounge being located very close by, which could explain the disturbance. Unfortunately, this was my first stay at Holiday Inn, and it will likely be my last. I prefer staying at Hilton properties, as I’ve consistently had better experiences there In summary, while the hotel was clean and the staff kind, the smoke smell and noise level made my stay less relaxing than I had hoped."

"The breakfast was good. The staff people that was serving the breakfast were tentative. The breakfast was fresh. You can tell that the rooms, where our room specifically it needs some remodeling the doors were older, even the outside of the hotel. The sheets were clean, however we ran out of shower gel, which actually was not stocked at all, but the staff people came and were attentive to that. Our bathroom, the floors still had hairs on the floors. If you need somewhere to stay for a weekend, honestly it’s not bad, but a lot of work can be done. Also, in the toilet seat area, it was some hairs. Again the sheets and the pillows were all cleaned and the staff people were very nice and attentive."

"The customer service at this hotel by the young lady that checked us in was awful! She was rude and curt the whole time!! The rooms smelled so heavily of mold you could barely sleep. The handicapped bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when my friend tried to use it for assistance to get out of the shower. Cleanliness of the room was terrible mold on the shower caulk and repaired holes in the ceiling. This hotel is not a good representation of Wyndham or Expedia!! For $190 a night we expected more "

"Check-in was smooth and efficient, which I appreciated. However, the room (324) had a strong unpleasant odor (urine) upon arrival, which I had to report to the front desk. They did not offer to change us, I asume maybe the carpet and maybe all of them are the same. I spray perfume around to be able to sleep for the night. Breakfast options were limited, and the staff in the dining area did not appear welcoming. Overall, the stay did not fully meet expectations despite a good check-in experience."
