"The rooms were clean but the hotel was being renovated, so the lobby and elevator was in poor condition. Housekeeping was vacuuming the floor right outside room before late check out. The vacuum is mad loud. I think it’s time for a new one. Overall my stay was ok. The hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay. "

"The cabin was overall nice but a few things let it down. There was a bit of garbage (left from other guests, most likely). Given the 250 cleaning fee I would expect a very clean property, this wasn't the case. The floors also were not clean. The firepit I had to clean out with help from my son. There were no bin bags, which is rather odd. My wife complained of a Smokey soot odor in the house. Probably due to having lot's of fireplaces, but personally for me it was ok. I liked the novelty of the cabin. Instructions throughout would have been nice though. We found the cabin to be nice and quiet after coming from the noise of NYC it was heaven! Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin, it was such a different experience. Thank you."

"I stayed at The Swiftwater, and unfortunately, it wasn’t family-friendly as we expected. Kids had to leave the pool after 5 p.m., but this wasn’t mentioned on the website. Beyond that, customer service was lacking. Staff rarely smiled or engaged with us, and when we went to the bar after last call, there was no effort to accommodate even a simple request. While the property itself is beautiful and new, the hospitality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, and I think management needs to make major changes in staffing and approach."

"Breakfast was fine. I stayed 2 nights so I assumed my towels would be replenished and trash changed after the 1st night and even left a tip yet when I returned the next day it was not done and i ended up going to the front desk for towels to shower the next morning. I still left a tip upon departure and stripped and piled the linen to make things easier and was sure all trash was bagged "
