「Bird Baldwin Forsyth House was well equipped for our stay. Parking on site, comfortable bed, large suite were all great. What they don't tell you also matters. There is no pool on the property, the pool is a 30 minute drive away on Tybee Island. There is no parking nor towels at the pool. This is not disclosed until after you book and pay. We felt very safe and were always able to find a parking spot on the road out front (it's easy to obtain a multi day parking pass).
