Super Cute Condo 12: People Watching Downtown SAV

Adorable condo in a historic building right off Broughton Street. Steps from Leopold's ice cream and fine dining, shopping, bars and museums! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed.

Parking is either in public parking garages or on the public street. Metered street spots can be paid for via the Park Savannah App or getting a Day Pass from the City parking services office. Sundays are free on the street.

​​​​​​​Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Great Location
The location of this property is perfect for seeing everything in the Historic District. Everything is within 4-5 blocks. Decorating is so cute however for 3 women we found getting ready was challenging. Small bathroom vanity and no mirrors in the bedrooms for makeup/hair. We had a few situations which required the property manager and all were eventually resolved.

Great Apartment Near Downtown Savannah
My friend and I stayed at this place for a week in January. The location was central to all of the restaurants and shops, and the apartment was great. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient equipment to prep simple meals, and the living room and bedrooms were cozy. The only minor thing is that it was a bit drafty near the brick walls, but that is to be expected with an old building. Overall, a great stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Cute and comfy
We loved the quaintness of this little condo. It’s well decorated and feels very comfy. Location is excellent. Only complaint is it’s not a great spot if you plan to cook. The kitchen is not well equipped for any real cooking. There was 1 super small 4inch frying pan to use. No tongs. And no seasonings at all. Not even salt. We had to run to the store for salt. So if you’re eating out it’s a great spot.
