The unit was very clean and well-appointed. The location was also great. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Savannah.

The carriage house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet with restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have garage parking.

Nice, little apartment for 2 people centrally located to walk to pretty much every attraction (the apartment is maybe 2 to 3 blocks from the Cathedral of St. John and the Colonial Park Cemetery. It was a 12 to 15 minute walk to the river and shopping). Being able to use the garage would have been a nice added feature but our full size pick up wasn’t going to fit no way no how. No problem, though, street parking was free with lots of spots open. Communication with Chaz was great but be aware that if you have questions after 8:00 pm, you won’t hear back until the morning. The only small thing is that the place could use a set of 4 to 6 drinking glasses. The only things available to drink from were 2 wine glasses and coffee mugs. We’d certainly stay again if we were to return to Savannah.
