This home is in the Sandfly area, we love the area. There are great restaurants within a half mile down the street. The historic district is 15 minutes away, the airport is 30 minutes and Tybee Island beach is 30 minutes. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a chefs kitchen and the kitchen table seats 8 with additional seating at the counter. The cottage house has an additional bedroom with 2 queen beds and it’s own bathroom and sliding glass door to a patio. The backyard is huge with your own private pool (3' shallow end 8' deep end) lined with palm trees. The pool is not heated and is used most late March through September. You will have a big front porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing shaded by a large oak tree draped in Spanish moss in the front yard. The property is equipped with high speed internet. Each bedroom has a 50” smart TV with 130 channels of cable. The living room has a 55” inch smart TV. This is residential neighborhood and we do not allow parties and please ask that you keep the outdoor noise down from 10pm-630am. There is a shooting range close enough that you can hear it during business hours. It honestly has never bothered us.

Had a nice stay. The house was a great size for our group. The porch was lovely to sit on in the rocking chair or swing and read. The pool looked wonderful but not the season to use it. Large back yard. Andy was awesome. Very good communication and stayed in touch throughout the stay. It was so close to the wedding we went to but also not far from downtown. Would recommend!

The house was perfect! The location was a bit of a drive but the house had so much to do we barely left it. The pool, deck and backyard are huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. Andy, the host, was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated since family was traveling on different days and times. Would definitely stay here again.

Large house in residential neighborhood. Clean. Well appointed. Great pool. Lots of pool toys and floats. Plenty of space. Kitchen utensils. Easy to find with many grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping close by. Central to everything we wanted to do in Savannah. Would stay again. Host is easy to work with and accommodating. Would recommend to family and friends.

This home was perfect for me, my husband, our four kids and my dad. A spacious home, comfortable beds. The backyard is to die for, the pool is the best part! It was the perfect distance from downtown Savannah, and Tybee island which we loved exploring both during our trip! We have zero complaints and would 100% stay here again!

Great family house

We stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids. The pool was amazing! The location is great, 15-20 minute drive to downtown. Everything we needed was provided including beach chairs, cooler, etc. The host was very helpful and communicative. Overall, the stay was great!

Home away from home!

We had an amazing time here. There was ten of us that stayed here. The setup was perfect for our family trip. My sister in law, her husband, and their two little boys were able to stay in the cottage. My in-laws stayed in the room downstairs. While my husband and myself were in one room and our daughters stayed in the other room upstairs. We all had our own private space and have time alone if wanted. The dining table was big enough to hold us all, including a high chair for the toddler. The pool water temp was perfect. The kitchen and living room were the perfect size for us all. We never felt on top of one another. The location was perfect. You were close to town but you didn’t have the city feel at the house. The front yard is PERFECT if you want to have some family pictures taken. The owners are great about getting back with you and answering any questions you may have. If we ever make it back to Savannah we will for sure be staying there again. I just can’t say enough good things about this place.

Andrew d does a fabulous job making you feel just at home in a different place. His house was clean, had plenty of amenities and felt like we had everything we needed and more. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to do everything we needed to do.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Savannah! The home was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up for a multi-family getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a highlight for both kids and adults alike. The layout of the house made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together, while still having enough space for privacy. The location was ideal—just a short drive to explore the charm of downtown Savannah and also perfectly situated for day trips to Tybee Island. We couldn't have asked for a better home base and would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations!

Just spent one week at Sandfly Cottage and had a wonderful time! We had a girls trip and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and all of the beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels in bathrooms and also beach towels for by the pool. Outdoor space was very nice and pool was wonderful. Downtown Savannah was a 15 minute Uber ride. Great location and lots of good restaurants within walking distance just down the road. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Girls weekend out

Was a wonderful home with a dream come true backyard that was perfect for a weekend trip with the girls. The pool is perfect and the deck is super spacious. Pleasantly surprised by how comfy the beds were. I normally have a hard time sleeping places that are not my bed but I fell asleep like a baby. There’s a Kroger down the street that delivered groceries and fun bars are just a 20 minute Uber.

House was large. I would have to say it needs a deep cleaning. The yard and around pool and out front and area to walk thru bushes really need to be trimmed and all the weeds growing up! There was beer cans and other empty bottles outside the property out back when we arrived. The trash had not been emptied from the week before and I do not even want to say what that was like!! It's a great place and location just needs to be checked more often I feel before a check in like the pool and yard that had not been taken care of and I had to contact host, I know it has rained a lot but I had my yard and pool at my house ready for them to use and enjoy. The host did reply and did his best to resolve matters.

Sandfly Home for Savannah Vacation
