「Staff were lovely but timings were a little off when serving meals. The Fale was fine except the mosquito net had holes in it which meant that during the night I was bitten many times which was quite painful the following morning. The shower only provided cold water and the rock floor was a bit hard on the feet.」

It’s not even late night and I didn’t know where he was spiking to me. I don’t think that’s a good hospitality at all. Disappointed. And no one’s respond when I was checking out even I already told the reception that I have to check out at midnight because of my flight. Totally disappointed. And rooms were not clean.
