It wasn’t clean when I got there. Had to ask for somebody to clean. Staff looked like they were very bothered every time you said something. Breakfast included was not worth the money. It was in a great area, but wouldn’t recommend anyone to pay this much for this hotel. There’s got to be same standard on other ones with like half the price

Good hotel. Good location

Nice hotel in good location. Lovely welcoming guests. Situated just at the end of main strip of the island for bars and restaurants, but no noise at all to disturb us. Room was comfortable and clean. Would recommend definitely.

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed hverken for langt til Pattaya Beach eller sunrice Beach. Morgenmaden var ikke noget værd men det var indkluderet i prisen. Sengene var meget hårde men fint værelse til prisen. Vi sov her 5 nætter, og der er ikke larm selvom det ligger tæt på Walking Street dog er væggene lidt tynde så man kan tydeligt høre naboen om natten. Personalet var søde.

L unica cosa decente è la posizione

Vero che a 45 euro a notte uno Non può pretendere chissà che cosa..però pronti via..asciugamani sporchi sul comodino (camera microscopica) e scarafaggio enorme che si fa un giretto vicino al lavandino e ritorna dentro la sua rana. Sporco ovunque. L'unica cosa positiva è che si trova sulla walking street

Bra läge ,sämre standard

Bra läge till huvudgatan och stranden! Rummet var dock ingen vidare, gula fläckar på lakanen samt mögel i taket. Vi trodde det var städarna som hadd glömt att städa men det visa sig att dem "rena" lakanen efter städning hade gula fläckar.

Thaistyle budgetboende med extremt överpris

NT house på Koh Lipe hade varit ett helt ok boende med thailändsk standard för max 200kr/natten. Nu kostar det istället över 500kr natten vid högsäsong och det är helt orimligt precis som majoriteten av alla boenden på ön under dec-jan. Förutom det bisarrt höga priset var det ett helt ok rent litet skrymsle med trevlig personal och smidig incheckning. Hade priset legat på 500 bath (ca 160 kr) hade jag helt klart rekommenderat det!

Quiet in middle if walkingstreet

Kind of cozy but small area and small rooms. Really quiet at night although in the middle of the crowded walking street. Easy to get to the beaches around the island. If you want nature and ocean, choose another hotel.

Worth staying here

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Walking Street. It is far enough back that it is quiet as well. Having stayed here twice it is worth the extra money to get the bigger rooms although the smaller rooms are still comfortable. Breakfast isn't brilliant but it is edible (sausage, two eggs, ham and toast). Staff are friendly and the hotel is definitely value for money on Lipe! Would recommend and would stay again.

Très bon hôtel

Nous avons séjourné dans une villa, tout confort, grand lit, terrasse, télé, grande salle de bain. Tous le confort nous espérions. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous n'avons pas profité du petit déjeuner car nous nous sommes levés trop tard. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits mais sommes restés 4, il est possible de discuter les prix. Hôtel bien situé car entre pattaya beach et Sunrise beach ( que nous vous conseillons fortement) et de plus en plein sur la walking street mais sans le bruit. Nous espérons y revenir.

Hotellet var okej, med enkel frukost , dåligt wi-fi och trånga rum , saknade draperi i duschen och märkligt ställe att sätta handfatet på. Städningen fick man säga till om annars städade de inte rummen

Das Zimmer war extrem verschmutzt.

Schmutziges Zimmer bei Ankunft. Nach Reklamation wurde uns Reinigung versprochen, nach 2 Stunden gleicher Zustand. Neues Zimmer (Upgrade) nach erneuter Beschwerde. Zimmer ebenfalls mit verschmutztem Bad. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir nach 3 Tagen frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

We'll stay here again! Clean, safe and comfy!

We booked 5 nights in the small rooms but after one night we decided to upgrade to a larger room. The larger rooms have a bigger bed and more space (plus a refrigerator) and we are both tall people at 182 cm. We did sleep well in the small room but felt we needed more space and a refrigerator for medications. The larger rooms have a patio door, both rooms have their own little terrace. The air-conditiong works very well, the beds are comfortable with nice sheets and pillows etc. There is an in-room safe in the larger room but we can't remember if there was one in the smaller room, sorry. The staff was great! The free breakfast is next door in the restaurant.(You must try her Thai pancake with ice-cream). The cook was willing to make adjustments for dietary restrictions. We ate several other meals at the restaurant and they were economical and tasty. The staff will do personal laundry for a reasonable charge. We had clean towels and room cleaned daily as well as 2 bottles of water daily. We will definitely stay her again in Koh Lipe!

Bodde i standardrummen som är små men ok. Bra Ac. Perfekt läge i mysiga Koh Lipe. Frukosten är liten, American breakfast.

Bra hotell på Lipe

Ett riktigt bra hotell för "rätt" peng. Var först lite tveksam gällande ev. ljudnivå då det ligger utmed Waking Street, men rummen liggen några meter in, så allt var lugnt och tyst på kvällarna. Läget är perfekt med gångavstånd till alla tre stränderna inom 10 min. Hotellet rekommenderas starkt.

Bien placé mais salle

L'hotel est bien placé sur l'île. Chambre petite a peine la place de poser la valise mais surtout très salle, tache suspect sur les toilettes et le lavabo. Il y a une autre gamme de chambre qui samblait bien plus agréable.
