「Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt im Waldhotel von Herzen genossen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub mit einem grandiosen Abschluss mit zwei Nächten in diesem Hotel. Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielleicht gibt es die eine oder andere Unstimmigkeit in der Kommunikation, an welcher man noch arbeiten könnte, aber dennoch sind alle stets bemüht. Unser Zimmer war wundervoll eingerichtet, mit einem sensationellen Blick auf die Alp, viel frische Luft auf dem Balkon und...

「We were originally booked in Lucerne, but after a less-than-ideal hotel experience, we made a last-minute switch to Villa Honegg—and it did not disappoint. Perched high on a hill, the staff greeted us with warmth and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking, and even our mountainside room felt serene and luxurious. Amenities: 5 stars. Food: 5 stars (dinner and breakfast were both exceptional). Staff: 5 stars. And yes—there’s a distinct cow scent drifting off...

「ユングフラウヨッホへのアクセス利用にインターラーケン付近では高価で宿が少なかったため、こちらを二泊三日利用。 Brunnenからバスで７分のアクセス。 電車の時刻とほぼ連動しているので、べらぼうに待つようなことは無かった。 Brunnen に食品やアルコールの買えるCOOPがあり５時〜20時まdr営業中。 バス代は宿泊客だからなのか、終始無料だった。 バスの本数が２３時くらいまであり、朝は１時間に一本と少ないため、地味に制約が出る。 朝食が７時スタート、フィットネスやプール、スパは平日８時〜２２時、土曜は２０時までのため、これまたあちこち移動予定があると、朝も晩も時間が合わず、結局利用できなかった。 周囲にイタリアンレストランはあるが、スーパーやコンビニは無い。 代わりに館内に、ベイカリーを含むコンビニが8時〜２０時営業。 部屋は綺麗に掃除され、整っていた。 無料でアップグレードしてくれた。」

「Very close from the S4,S5 station. 5minutes to Luzern. Conveniently located to go to Mt. Pilatus or Titlis. Very friendly staffs. Nice restaurant opens until 11pm. From the garden terrace, beautiful Mt. Pilates view. 」

「事前にルツェルンからのシャトルバスがあるのかをメール問い合わせしましたが、返信が来たのは問い合わせから3日後でした。 メール内容は、平日は30分毎、土日は、そんなに頻繁にはないとの回答で、私たちは、日曜だったので、たまたま電車で行くことにしましたが、ホテル到着後、シャトルバスの運行そのものをしていないと言われびっくりしました。 代わりに滞在中のクリエンスからルツェルン間の無料パスは、もらいましたが、いったいどなたが、メール返信していたのか、驚きました。 あと１つ不満だったのは、夜の9:00に到着したら、チェックインに、45分待たされました。 中には、ホテルのタオルが交換されていなかったとかクレームしている他国の方もいてフロントの人手不足を感じました。 最終的には、人も優しく、設備もきれいで満足でしたが、 シャトルパスや、チェックインの出だしの印象は、良くなかったです。」
