「Struttura molto carina,al centro del lungomare con annessa spiaggia privata,stile anni 80 gli interni anche se ho notatoun' inizio di ammodernamento delle camere,la mia molto carina e fresca una tripla superior super panoramica con vista mare,solo il bagno andrebbe ammodernare,togliendo in particolare la vasca anni 80 con una bella doccia piu' pratica,ottima colazione con tutti prodotti freschi,il personale gentile e accogliente」

「Casa Gioconda - Gaeta Stayed 3 nights, May 27-30 2026 I have to say not knowing what to expect in Gaeta, we could not have been more pleased with the area and our accommodation. After our arriving from Rome and settling in at Casa Gioconda B&B the first night, the next morning we were greeted by our host Letizia preparing a wonderful variety of breakfast options. We enjoyed our room, slept well and had all the needed amenities close at hand. With so much to see this is a great location...

「Beautiful hotel in excellent condition with amazing views from the rooms and balconies. The property has several great amenities, an excellent restaurant and bar, and is very well located, within walking distance of the waterfront, beaches, and many restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.」

「What a wonderful place! There is plenty of parking, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature, with lots of fruit trees and birds singing throughout the day, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The pool is spotless, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of shady spots under the trees where you can unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, even on warm days....

「Overpriced for what it is, but I suppose we paid a premium for beach front during the summer. Room recently remodeled. Very basic. But clean with newer furniture and mattresses.」

「Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. 」

「Gammalt hotell med tråkigt rum och liten ofräsch toalett med duschdraperi. Ett gammalt tvål låg kvar i duschen. Frågade om restauranger i närheten, båda vi fick var stängda. Hittade ett pizza ställe vi kunde äta på. Inga solstolar vid poolen då säsongen var över men soligt och 24 gr. Ville låna vars en av de solstolar som brukar stå på stranden men det fick vi ej utan vi skulle betala hyra. Efter en del argumentation kunde vi ha vars en stol 1 timme gratis. Sämsta frukosten.
