We were late arriving, due to a medical episode with my husband. We called ahead to explain our situation, and rebooked a pet friendly room. Our original room was booked through Expedia and unfortunately we were billed for the missed night, by Expedia. A short while later I received a call from Shannon who wanted to share some wonderful, uplifting news for us provided by Shannon, herself, Kim Team Lead and a tall dark haired man (i can't remember his name) Upon arrival we were greated very warmly and all hands were on deck to make our stay, comfortable and pleasant.
