Immerse yourselves in the medieval atmosphere of Sarlat-la-Canéda by staying in this pleasant, detached town house. Ideally located, it is the perfect starting point for discovering the wonders of the Dordogne while enjoying modern comfort and a peaceful environment.

This 75 m² house is perfectly suited to accommodate a family or a small group. It offers three comfortable bedrooms upstairs: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a bed (120x190), and a third bedroom with a single bed (90x190). The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a step and a toilet.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a comfortable living room, a welcoming dining area, and a separate toilet. A practical basement includes a washing machine and storage space for bicycles or leisure equipment.

For families with young children, everything is provided: travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer, baby bathtub, and potty are available on site.

Enjoy the enclosed 1,000 m² garden, a true haven of peace for relaxing moments or outdoor meals. The furnished terrace invites you to savour your meals thanks to the plancha provided. The garden is ideal for children to play safely. Parking space in front of the house makes your stay easier.

The house is ideally located in the heart of Sarlat-la-Canéda, an iconic medieval town famous for its picturesque streets and renowned market. Nearby, explore the jewels of the Dordogne.

Eine einfache aber funktionale und gemütliche Unterkunft in einem freistehenden Einfamilienhaus mit Garten und großem Keller. Praktisch für uns mit den eBikes. Nahe am Stadtzentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Nachbarschaft von freistehenden Häusern. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
