「Rooms were clean, and staff was friendly. However, beds were not very comfortable and the heating/fan system was VERY loud making rattling noises and turning off and on all night, resulting in little sleep. Also, woke up to strong weed smell from neighbors, I'm assuming.」

「No staff. Had to get our key from a lock box. Finally got in to discover just a sheet on the beds. No blankets or covers whatsoever. The tv didnt work either. Total disaster. We didnt stay. Drove 2 hours to get home.」

「Hotel is under construction so most of the stairwells and elevators are closed resulting in a very long walk to our room. The one working elevator got stuck twice during our stay which was unpleasant and stressful. The hotel doesn’t begin serving breakfast or their complimentary coffee until 7am, which was after we needed to leave for our event. They do have coffee pods and powdered non-dairy creamer in the room though. The staff were pleasant during check in.」

「We went in April, offseason, everything around the room was still closed. Their communication was limited, at the end we did find our room but I wish we got more info ahead of time. :-)」
