「The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful 」
